An easy recipe to make your Salsa dip.

Ingredients:

  • 8 Tomatoes

  • 1 Onion, finely chopped

  • 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped

  • Few Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco Original - Hot Sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)

  • Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Steps

  1. To start cut the tomatoes into two pieces and cook them in a pressure cooker along with 2 tablespoons of water. Cook on high heat until it whistles twice, and then turn off the heat. Leave it for 10-15 minutes for the pressure to subside by itself.

  2. Open the cooker once the pressure releases, drain out the excess water, and allow the tomatoes to cool completely.

  3. Once the tomatoes are cooled, peel the skin off the tomatoes and chop them finely.

  4. Place the chopped tomatoes in a mixing bowl. Add the onions, green chillies, salt to taste, sugar, cumin powder, tabasco sauce and coriander leaves. Mix the Mexican Salsa well to combine.

  5. Transfer the Mexican Salsa to a dip bowl and the salsa is now ready to be served along with our Nacho Khakra's.
